Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of magazines in print and PDF formats, as well as subscriptions offered by www.diptykmag.com.
Prices and Payment
Single Issue
- Print format : MAD 65
- PDF format : MAD 45
Annual subscription
- Print format: MAD 250 / year
- PDF format : MAD 160 / year
These prices are stated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). The website also displays prices in Euros (€), automatically converted according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of the order. Payments can be made by bank card or any other payment method offered on the website.
Delivery
Print magazines are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method:
- Morocco, grouped shipment (shipped to subscribers upon publication of the issue): MAD 20
- Morocco, separate shipment (immediate shipment outside the publication schedule): MAD 50
- International: MAD 120 per copy
Print magazines are delivered by post. Estimated delivery times are communicated to the customer when placing the order and may vary depending on the destination.
PDF magazines are delivered by email immediately after payment has been confirmed.
Right of Withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete and in their original unopened packaging, are eligible for a refund.
Digital content (PDF format): By agreeing to download or access the PDF file before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal for this product.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled by the customer before the product is shipped.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be provided for issues that have already been sent.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order and will be processed within 14 days of the refund request.
The annual subscription is automatically renewed each year. Unless the subscriber notifies Diptyk magazine otherwise at least one month before the anniversary date of the subscription, the subscription will be renewed for a period equivalent to the initial subscription term.
Intellectual Property
All magazines sold on www.diptykmag.com are protected by intellectual property laws. The purchaser may use the magazines for personal purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute them without prior authorization.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
www.diptykmag.com reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute between www.diptykmag.com and the purchaser, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
If no amicable resolution can be reached, the Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and Moroccan law shall apply.
