N° 25 — October–November 2014

Diptyk #25

The Rabat Museum Opens Its Doors

After years of anticipation, the Mohammed VI Museum in Rabat is finally opening its doors, and Diptyk #25 features a major special report on Morocco’s first museum of modern and contemporary art. This October–November 2014 issue also traces the Moroccan autumn in Paris, from the IMA to the Louvre, where medieval Morocco regains its full splendor. It takes readers inside the studio of Melehi, a father figure in the world of painting, and explores Kacimi’s African intuition and Yamou’s poetics. Finally, it features a portfolio by Safaa Mazirh.
